Police are charging a Montgomery County girl with ethnic intimidation and harassment after a video went viral on-line exhibiting her berating a Latino-owned pizzeria.
Rita Bellew, 55, of Hatboro, is accused of yelling on the employees of Amy’s Pizzeria Feb. 23 after listening to a Spanish-language program taking part in on a TV, in keeping with WHYY Information.
