The Assistant Director of Exterior Relations (Division of Agriculture) on the College of Arkansas is dealing with felony motion after she admitted to participating in sexual actions with a 15-year-old boy.
Stephanie Neipling was arrested on July 13 in Benton County, the place she was taken to the native detention heart.
The U of A worker reportedly engaged in sexual exercise with a teen boy on July 8, whereas she was visiting the house of a 3rd celebration.
